Who we are
YogaDay (yogaday.love) is run by 이재일, an individual based in Seoul, South Korea. Write to help@yogaday.love for anything about your data.
What we collect
- When you book as a guest: your name and email, the class you booked and the booking status.
- When you create an account: your email, a hashed password, your name and anything you add to your profile (phone, Instagram handle, photo, introduction).
- When you visit: a login cookie if you sign in, and Google Analytics cookies that record pages visited, device and approximate location. Our hosts also keep short-lived server logs with IP addresses.
We don't take payments, so we never see card or bank details.
Why we use it
- To pass your booking to the instructor and show you its status.
- So the instructor can contact you if the class changes.
- To run your account and keep the site working and secure.
We don't sell your data or send you marketing email.
Who sees it
The instructor of the class you book sees your name, email and booking status. Anyone with your private booking link can see that booking, so keep the link to yourself.
These services store or process data for us:

Some of these are outside South Korea. Your data is sent to them over encrypted connections when you use the site, only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
- Guest bookings: deleted one year after the class date.
- Accounts: kept until you ask us to delete the account.
- Analytics data: kept by Google under our Analytics retention setting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or ask us to stop using it. Email help@yogaday.love from the address you booked with and we'll reply within 10 days. You can also contact the Korean Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, call 118).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
